Mr. Moore is an experienced healthcare leader with a background in physician group operations, administration, technology, and strategy. He began his healthcare career with Penn Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, focused on patient access, revenue cycle efficiency, performance improvement, and financial sustainability. After nearly a decade serving various roles within industry, he began his consulting career at Deloitte Consulting, applying his healthcare experience for electronic medical record (EMR) system implementation and strategy development projects, serving medium to large healthcare systems and providers nationally. During his time at Deloitte, Mr. Moore managed the strategy and implementation of several Epic products in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. After Deloitte, Mr. Moore joined COPE Health Solutions, where he served a strategic project advisor across multiple workstreams for a multi-year turnaround and managed services organization (MSO) implementation for a major public health system on the east coast.

Mr. Keber is a seasoned healthcare advisor, having spent over 15 years in the industry. Initially focused on disruptive consumer technology, he moved into management consulting after joining The Camden Group in 2012. He has advised clients nationally on a wide variety of business and policy matters across the continuum of payment and delivery, including hospitals, provider groups, and health plans. In his time at The Camden Group, Mr. Keber developed particular expertise in health system strategic planning, as well as payer strategy. He has designed and built over 20 contracting networks (IPAs, ACOs and CINs) in over 10 states. Mr. Keber deepened his practice at COPE Health Solutions, a national firm focused on serving the safety net provider community. In his time at COPE, he worked on Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) programs, particularly in New York and Texas, as well as Medicaid managed care strategy.
